**Exchange and Return Policy at VK by VK:**

At VK by VK, we value your satisfaction and transparency in all transactions. We present our exchange and return policy, in line with current legislation, especially the Consumer Law, which guarantees the right to return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

**Return due to Withdrawal:**
1. As established in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

2. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us to inform us of your decision, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return.

3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.

**Return Procedure:**
1. Contact our customer service team to communicate your intention to return and obtain the necessary information.

2. After confirmation, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

3. After we receive the returned product, we will analyze it to ensure that it meets the return criteria.

4. If the return is approved, we will arrange a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

**Exchanges due to Defect or Shipping Error:**
1. In case of defective products or shipping error, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation.

2. Defective products will be exchanged for a new identical item at no additional cost.
